Yes. Armbrae Academy is an accredited member of the Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS) and meets all provincial standards set by Nova Scotia’s Department of Education. Armbrae is also an Advanced Placement School and is working on accreditation with Future Design School.
Armbrae offers a rigorous preparatory curriculum that meets or exceeds provincial outcomes. In addition to the Nova Scotia diploma, students pursue Armbrae Diploma requirements, CAS initiatives, and Advanced Placement courses.
Advanced Placement (AP) courses are university-level subjects offered to high school students. A qualifying score on AP exams can earn college credit or advanced standing.
