U15 OBL March Break Basketball Camp

March 16–20 | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

Join the U15 OBL March Break Basketball Camp for a week of high-performance training, competition, and mentorship designed to help young athletes elevate their game.

JThis full-day camp is open for both Armbrae and non-Armbrae players and follows Canada Basketball’s curriculum and style of play, focusing on skill development, decision-making, and confidence in game situations.

Coaching

The camp is led by Coach John Tramble (JT), Director of OBL at Armbrae Academy and former Canada Games Head Coach, with extensive experience coaching at the provincial, club, and post-secondary levels.

What Players Will Experience


🏀 Daily skill development sessions (shooting, footwork, post and perimeter play)

🏀 Strength & conditioning and athletic movement training

🏀 Small-sided games to improve decision-making and spacing

🏀 3v3 and 5v5 competitive game play with coach feedback

🏀 Guest sessions on mindset, confidence, and basketball pathways

🏀 Nutrition education with a guest nutritionist

🏀 Competitive challenges, tournaments, and daily reflections

Our March Break Camp goes beyond skill work to develop the complete athlete—mind, body, and performance. Nutrition for Performance.

Athletes will learn how proper fueling supports energy, focus, recovery, and confidence through age-appropriate lessons with a guest nutritionist. Mindset & Motivation.

A guest motivational speaker will help athletes build confidence, resilience, and a growth mindset, while learning how to handle pressure and setbacks in competition. Strength & Personal Training.

Guest-led performance sessions introduce safe strength training, mobility, speed, and movement fundamentals to support athletic development and injury prevention. Together, these sessions give athletes practical tools they can apply immediately—on the court and beyond..

This structured program runs daily throughout March Break with varied drills, competitions, and guest content to keep athletes engaged and challenged..
